Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact us and we will adjust your cover from the next billing cycle.
A short cooling-off period may apply for pre-existing faults. We will confirm this when you sign up — breakdowns that occur after your plan starts are covered as per your tier.
Yes. Our Gas Safe engineers cover Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Baxi and other major UK brands on all service plans.
